How you intend to guide our students :
Students’ performance in English depends very much on the
teacher’s performance. A teacher plays a vital role in stimulating
the students’ interest in learning English. In order to impart
knowledge effectively to the students, the teacher needs to employ
the right methods or approaches which suit the students’ needs and
learning styles. This is crucial as students might lose their
interest in learning if the method used does not tailor to their
preferences. Using interesting learning materials is equally
important as well, due to the fact that students learn better when
they have interest especially when learning a second language is
concerned.
In short a successful teacher should guide his/her students to the
right path in their learning journey and eventually lead them to
successful life.
